Olivia Palermo walked by me before attending the Ports 1961 show and for all y'all out there who think she has perfect hair, guess what? Olivia Palermo's got the perfect weave. I don't know how much a pack of that hair cost, but it stays looking amazing on The City. But I think OP needs a black girl in her circle to be like, "Girl, your track is showing," because her tracks were all out there. I'm mad I didn't have my camera on me. But nevertheless, she's gorgeous and rich, so the weave is a small infraction to her overall fabulousness.
