Once again I'm saying this is NOT a Harlem Heights blog, but I can't help but talk about these people. These comparisons are about as simple as the show. Tell me what you think:

Ms. Shannel (RuPaul's Drag Race) v. Fergie

I think it's the eyes, heavy makeup and arched eyebrows that make Ms. Shannel, drag queen Goddess, look just like Fergie. MAC should do tag-team ads with these two. Fierce and Faboosh.

Desiree Rogers v. Terri Vaughn

Desiree Rogers, the new White House Social Secretary, and all around socialite/business woman, has hit it big time. She's been seen all about NYC, sitting next to Anna Wintour at Thakoon, Carolina Herrera and Donna Karan. Some blogs were fuming about her wardrobe repeats, but I think she's fab all around. Now if only I'd taken a picture with her when I sat next to her at an event at Spelman last year. ***Sigh*** I stare at her business card on the regular.




....Oh, but doesn't she bare a striking resemblance to Terri Vaughn? If you can shake the Lovita Alizay Jenkins-Robinson vision, the physical similarities should be obvious. So don't none of y'all hit me up with the "how dare you compare them" emails/posts.

Conde v. Brian/Brandon Casey of Jagged Edge

Condolezza and the Casey brothers sure do share a striking resemblance. I was trying to find one of them with their mouths open; the chipmunk teeth are a dead match.

Okay, Tiearra Mari

I gotta give the girl props for staying in the game after Jigga Man replaced her with a more appealing version of herself (read: Rihanna). But Tiearra should definitely shy away from looks that resemble Beyonce. Originality is key these days...sort of.

Hot mamas! Marian Shields Robinson and Adrienne Banfield

Ever wonder what Michelle Obama and Jada Pinkett-Smith have in common? Well, aside from the obvious (a great husband, kids and career), both these ladies have fierce mothers. Grandmama Obama, Marion Robinson, looked hella fierce Nov. 4 and Adrienne Banfield totally outshined Jada at the The Day the Earth Stood Still premiere. Since my grandmother was quite the fiece one herself, I've got nothing but love for the ladies over 55 who can still rock a hot outfit. Get 'em, Ladies.


I swear he could get these two confused.

One of my friends was like, "Stop hating, Brittini's pretty." And I was like, "Yeah, she is, and RuPaul is gorgeous." People, don't be mad at RuPaul's fabulosity. Sure, she's gone down in popularity over the past decade, but the 90s wouldn't have been the 90s without her decadence. Work!

Somehow I pressed a button at work and have Mark Curry as my screen saver. It's kind of eerie, but anyway, peep the resemblance between Andre Leon Tally, famed Vogue Ed. at Large and, more importantly, the one responsible for J-Hudson's disastrous tin-foil caplet at last year's Oscars.
